Terms and Conditions - Sonlig VOF

Article 1 – Definitions

  1. Sonlig VOF: Located at Burmanstraat 35, 1091SH Amsterdam, operating under the
    name Sonlig and reachable via customerservice@sonlig.com.
  2. Customer: Any natural or legal person entering into an agreement with Sonlig VOF.
  3. Products: Books, physical photographs, and other physical or digital products offered
    via the website www.sonlig.com.
  4. Agreement: Any agreement between Sonlig VOF and the customer for the delivery of
    products.
  5. Website: The website of Sonlig VOF: www.sonlig.com.

Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the
    website.
  2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 – Offers and Prices

  1. All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  2. Sonlig VOF reserves the right to change prices and product information at any time.
    Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
  3. For pre-orders, the price at the time of order placement will apply.

Article 4 – Payment

  1. Payments are processed via the available payment methods, including iDeal and credit
    cards.
  2. Orders will only be processed after successful payment.

Article 5 – Delivery

  1. Physical products are delivered via PostNL or other carriers such as DHL, DPD, or UPS.
  2. Sonlig VOF aims to transfer orders to the carrier within 2 working days after payment.
    The final delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.
  3. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the delivery
    address.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  1. Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the
    product, without providing a reason.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must contact
    customerservice@sonlig.com.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Customized products and digital downloads are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  5. Refunds for returned items will be processed within 10 working days of receipt and
    inspection, using the original payment method.

Article 7 – Liability and Warranties

  1. Sonlig VOF complies with statutory warranty requirements.
  2. Complaints regarding defects can be reported via customerservice@sonlig.com.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the website, including photographs, texts, and designs, is owned by Sonlig
    VOF and protected by copyright.
  2. It is prohibited to reproduce or commercially use the content without prior written
    permission from Sonlig VOF.

Article 9 – Data Protection

  1. Sonlig VOF processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection
    Regulation (GDPR).
  2. Collected data is used solely for processing orders, shipments, and optional newsletter
    updates.
  3. Sonlig VOF only shares data with carriers and payment providers for the execution of the
    agreement.

Article 10 – Complaints

  1. Complaints can be submitted via customerservice@sonlig.com.
  2. Sonlig VOF aims to respond to complaints within 10 working days.

Article 11 – Miscellaneous

  1. All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
  2. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
